The Quinceanera is a very special day for young Latina girls when they turn the age of 15 years old. How lovely she  looks all dress up in her beautiful dress and that  smile that could stop your heart if only for one second when you see her come in.

 On this day we try to see all our family and friend but you know how hard that can been but we always do our best.  Remember this is only a small part of my family. I have a wonderful family.

The room is all about my colors and me, the table sitting to my place it all about that special day for me.

Wow, my family love me here my table on my special day.

The women in my family are the back bone and like most women they love to make you feel special.

Sure I dance with my Dad on this day and it felt good because he really love me.

My Abuela is my rock and she made all this happen she a great Latin Woman.

My Tio has the moves on the floor and this is my family.

And yes, we all had a great time and many wonderful memories from this day.

This is my family and this was my Quinceanera.

I'm working on a new book which will be called Beauty N Blackness so I just wanted to show you some of my new images and what I want to put together.

You will find one creamy Sistra in this group but as you can see all the rest of my folks are in the dark chocolate group the group that is most over looked.

Need I say that children are wonderful little people honest and lovely to speak with. So this last week I met some real wonderful
little people Sisters & Brothers, Sisters & Sisters, Cousin, and just plain friend of each other. I hope you enjoy the view from my

Well this weekend was NAPP world wide walk and I did it with a group of people. But if you know me you know I left them at the start.
